Process of Notarization

Many documents need to be notarized before they can be legally applicable and used in a court of law. Notarizing a document is a job for a qualified, licensed notariy public to do. The process of notarization is not a particularly complicated one. An individual who is a licensed to perform a notarization has already undergone the necessary training and testing needed to become certified and is aware of the actions that are needed to be taken in order for a successful notarization to occur.

-Finally, the notary must affix the notary seal and signature to the document. Without this step, the entire notarization process is null and void. The seal and signature signify that the notary and the client have both legalized this document.
