Many documents need to be notarized before they can be legally applicable and used in a court of law. Notarizing a document is a job for a qualified, licensed notariy public to do. The process of notarization is not a particularly complicated one. An individual who is a licensed to perform a notarization has already undergone the necessary training and testing needed to become certified and is aware of the actions that are needed to be taken in order for a successful notarization to occur. -The process of notarization provides a valuable function: notarizing a document establishes a legal credibility to a document by establishing that the signatures on that document are in fact authentic. -Notarizing a document is a process that begins with a notary public reviewing the legal document in question.
